SECOND AMENDMENT

"A well regulated Militia being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed."

Often up for interpretation, this amendment guarantees the right to own guns. Some believe that it means guns for all, and others believe a "well regulated Militia" is what is known as the National Guard.
