THIRD AMENDMENT
"No Soldier shall, in time of peace be quartered in any house, without the consent of the Owner, nor in time of war, but in a manner to be prescribed by law."
Believe it or not, at one time, British troops barged into the houses of Philadelphia and elsewhere, and hung out there as long as they wanted. Today, this amendment guarantees that you are the "King of the Castle."
